In our country, the Government pays great attention to improve health services for extensive preventive measures, development of physical culture and sports. All this is dictated by concern for the health of our population. The fight against alcoholism and smoking among the important measures to protect public health. Eliminate these bad habits is receiving increasing attention in the athletic and sports organizations. So, this has greatly contributed to resolution of the Committee for Physical Culture and Sport, which was imposed to combat smoking among athletes, athletes, coaches, physical education teachers and other employees of physical culture and sports.
