In general, a healthy lifestyle includes a range of recreational activities, which strengthens the physical and moral health, improve the moral and physical same functionality. And speaking specifically, a healthy lifestyle includes:

· Optimal driving mode;

· Productive work;

· Good hygiene;

· Proper nutrition;

· Waiver of any bad habits;

· Hardening.

· Spiritual well-being

There is a scientifically proven fact that a healthy lifestyle enables people to live to a hundred years and more! For comparison: the life expectancy in Russia, in 1994 it amounted to 57,7 years for men and for women 71.3 and for long-term outlook remains close to this level (for example, have born in 1993, male life expectancy is 58 , 9 years old, female – 71,9). For comparison: the average life expectancy of U.S. citizens, and Britain – 75 years, Canada – 76 Sweden – 78, Japan – 79. And who among us wants to live a long and active life? Well, if you are on any indicator, do not meet, it means only one thing – you got somewhere to aspire to and it certainly needs to be done! And for this you need a healthy lifestyle.

Our health helps us achieve our goals, perform tasks and overcome life’s difficulties. Not for nothing are we when we met with relatives and acquaintances, we wish you good to them.
