Human health is not infinite, and we need not ever forget that people are created not for a sedentary life. From birth we are developing all the muscles of our body and do not want them to atrophy from a lack of "sitting in traffic" lifestyle.

The most powerful means of tempering is water. Water procedures available in the home: include hair, pouring and cold shower. These procedures can rotate, but as a rule, everybody stops on one form of tempering.
